First held in 1969
The event’s roots lie in a 21.5 km race from Cedynia to Siekierki in 1966. It became a full marathon in 1969 and moved to Dębno in 1973. It paused from 1991 to 1998 before returning in 1999. The founding year shown here refers to the full marathon distance.
